Hands-on Learning Project
Learners will work on hands-on projects in Salesforce to solve real business problems for a fictional social media company. During the certificate, learners will build a portfolio that highlights use cases in which they leverage tools in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams throughout the sales process. Taking on the role of a Sales Operations Specialist, learners will demonstrate how to streamline the work of marketing staff, sales development representatives, account managers, and sales executives.
