Hands-on Learning Project
This program is uniquely designed to develop key skills required in IT support specialist roles.
In each course, you’ll consolidate what you’ve learned by completing a project that simulates real-world IT support situations. In addition, you’ll complete a final project where you work on solving a fictitious IT-related business problem as an IT support specialist.
The project will include practice on:
A real-world scenario focusing on system maintenance and upgrades, network connectivity, software selection and configuration, as well as security considerations.
A real final project that allows you to demonstrate your skills as an IT support specialist.
Based on this information you can:
Check the results of several diagnostic tools.
Document an upgrade recommendation that also reflects the business use of the system.
Use the outputs of various diagnostic tools to assess and diagnose typical IT problems and recommend a solution.
