Working Status on monday.com: How to Track Progress
With Work Status, managing your remote team has never been easier! This feature allows you to track the work status of all users on your board or account. You can easily visualize your team’s availability to see who is working from home (WFH), who is out of the office (OOO), or something in between. Just look for the emoji next to the user’s picture and you can reach out to them with confidence!
How to add this?
The workplace can be used both on your board as a board view and on your dashboard as a widget. Viewing the board will show the work status of all board members. The dashboard widget will show the work status of the entire account.
- Board view
To add the Work Mode view, click the plus button at the top of your dashboard. Click Apps and then Explore more Apps . When you get to the View Center, search for “Work Mode” as shown below and add it to your dashboard. 
- Dashboard widget
Open your dashboard and simply click Add widget at the top of the dashboard page. Then click More widgets to open the widget center. 
When you get to the widget center, look for Work Mode as below:

how does it work
This app analyzes the current work status of your board subscribers. If one of your team members is not subscribed to the board, their work status will not be included in the calculation. To learn more about board subscribers, check out this article.
Each user can choose their work status in the profile section of their account as below:

Personalization
Have fun and create different types of graphs from our gallery. Whether you prefer to visualize your work status as a pie chart or a bar chart, we are here for you! In the settings menu, select the graph type as below: 
Hold your mouse over each of the modes to see all the details about your team: 
You also have the option to include guests in your graph. This is especially useful if you are working with a team of vendors. To do this, click on the “Include Guests” icon as shown below: 
Once you’re done, you can select your guests from the drop-down list and include them in your analysis.
Filter your work status view
You can set the filter directly on your work status. This is a great way to display the exact information you need. Let’s say we want to see the work status of a specific board member. We simply click on the filter icon, located in the upper left part of the view, and select the appropriate person.
Filter your work status widget
The widget will allow you to filter in the widget settings. Let’s say we want to see the work status of specific account members and want to display it in a graph. We’ll just click Click on “Edit” in the top right corner of the dashboard and open the widget settings. From here we can select the relevant members.
