Do you have Boards, Dashboards, or WorkDocs that are critical to your operations? Want to reduce the time you spend searching for your most used boards and easily access them when you need them?

That’s exactly why we added the Favorites option. With this feature, you can select your favorite and frequently used boards, and they will appear separately in your left panel for quick and easy access!

Favorites area location

To locate the Favorites area, click to expand the left panel of your account. Here you will find a collapsed area listing all of your favorites. Click the arrow to expand or collapse the area and see all of your favorite boards, documents, dashboards, etc.

Tip: If you have a board that you use every day, it’s a good idea to add it to your favorites to save time searching. Just click the star next to the board name!

Add a board, dashboard, or working document to your favorites

To add a Board, Dashboard, or WorkDoc to your favorites, you can click on the board name and select the star icon to the right of its title as shown below:

Another option to add a board, dashboard, or working document to favorites is by clicking on the component’s three-dot menu from the left panel and selecting “Add to Favorites.”

Add a folder to your favorites

To further organize the information in your Favorites area, try adding folders! To do this, click the three-dot menu above “Favorites” and click “New Folder.” Then, click on the newly created folder to rename it and drag any of your favorite boards, dashboards, or documents into it!

Tip: Creating folders in your favorites can help you stay organized. For example, create a folder called “Important Projects” and drag all related boards there.

View the whiteboard workspace

If you’re using the Favorites area but want to see which workspace your board, dashboard, or working document belongs to, simply hover over the name of the board, dashboard, or working document and click the three-dot menu. From here, you can click “View Workspace.”
