Typeform helps you engage your audience with conversational forms and surveys, with a simple way to view and analyze your data. Now you can have all your Typeform insights organized in your monday.com account by converting them into workflows to better manage leads, orders, projects, and more…
How to add this to your workflow
Step 1

Step 2
Once you click on the Typeform integration banner, you will find the two recipes that the integration offers:
- When a form is submitted, create an item in this group
- When a form is submitted, create an update in this item

Select the automation you want to create.
Step 3
Once you click on one of the recipes, you will be asked to connect your monday.com account with your Typeform account:

You will then be prompted to log in with your Typeform account login details as shown below:

Congratulations 🙂 You’re logged into your Typeform account, let’s start kicking things forward.
Step 4
Once you have selected one of the two recipes and entered your token, you will be taken to the integration window. Here you can configure your automation.

Example use
Example: When a form is submitted, create an item in this group
This is useful for keeping track of forms submitted under a specific group (leads/feature feedback or even requests). This option will allow you to drill down into each survey individually and add the item name to reflect the name of the survey sender.
First, you will need to select the relevant survey from the surveys you created in Typeform.

Once this is done, select the group where you would like your item to appear.

Once you’ve set up your integration, you can choose what data will be mapped to each column:
Typeform Integration Column
When you choose which data to map to each column, the integration column will be automatically added with a tiff explaining the purpose of the column, to maintain the relationship between the parameters in both applications.
Example use
- When a form is submitted, create an update in this item
This option will give you the ability to contain all surveys under one item, reflecting the survey topic. In this mode, each survey will appear as a new part of the update within the item column itself.
Select the relevant form – Select the appropriate survey from the surveys you have created in Typeform. Then, select the relevant item that will automatically update with a new update each time a form is submitted.

What’s next?
Soon, you will have the ability to define specific columns that will reflect the different question types that Typeform offers for use in its amazing forms!
