Note: Access to all features included in your downloaded spaces depends on your plan.

What can I include in my space?

Everything you submit for approval in your workspace will be added to your space! This includes boards, document work, forms, and dashboards! All of your data will be included as well, so be sure to clear any private or sensitive information before submitting.

Note: Private boards, dashboards, or work with documents from the submitted space will not appear in the space.

Even your automations and integrations will be transferred to your space so you can showcase every detail that makes your workflow amazing. Automations will already be running upon download, but integrations will need to be set up with the credentials of the account downloading the space.

Can I edit my space?

When you submit a monday space to our community, it will be uploaded exactly as it is at the time of approval. This means that any changes you make later in your account to the shared workspace will not be reflected in the live version in our community. It also means that you cannot edit what is already online. If you have changes to make, you can delete your space from the community and resubmit the space for approval after you have made your edits.

Note: If you plan to share a space with complex automations, it’s a good idea to test them to make sure they’re working properly after downloading. Sometimes, minor adjustments are needed to make sure everything runs smoothly.
