This program focuses on building real-world, hands-on experience. You will take on the role of an analyst at a fictional consumer products company specializing in organic products. With over 20 unique tasks, you will use spreadsheets and visualization tools to analyze data and make recommendations. Some of the specific tasks you will be asked to perform include:
Develop a comprehensive policy review to improve chain efficiency and reduce product waste.
Identify analysis objectives to address a two-week supply delay when management requests that available supplies be distributed to cover at least 80% of the major points of demand while maximizing sales revenue.
Perform data analysis to address the two-week delay and provide recommendations.
Investigate submitted data to identify which items are causing customer complaints about shortage issues and what causes them.
