This program includes more than 140 hours of instruction and numerous practical exams, helping you tackle real-world project management scenarios essential for success on the job.
The content it includes is highly interactive and developed exclusively by Google employees with extensive experience in project and program management.
The skills you will acquire include: creating a risk management plan; understanding process improvement techniques; managing escalations, team dynamics and stakeholders; creating a budget and navigating procurement processes; using project management software, tools and templates; implementing agile project management, with an emphasis on Scrum.
Through a mix of videos, quizzes, and live activities, you’ll learn how to initiate, plan, and execute traditional and agile projects. You’ll develop a toolbox to demonstrate your understanding of project management fundamentals, including managing schedules, budgets, and teams.
