This certification is designed for beginners. No prior Salesforce, sales, or CRM experience is required to succeed. Over the course of four courses, you’ll learn the fundamentals of CRM, how to manage leads in Salesforce, how to manage opportunities in Salesforce, how to use Salesforce to ensure customer success, and how to effectively leverage Salesforce data through reports and dashboards.
Hands-on Learning Project
Learners will work hands-on with Salesforce to solve real-world business problems for a fictional social media company. During the certificate, learners will build a portfolio that highlights cases where they leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Sales Cloud tools to streamline the sales team’s work during the sales process. As a sales operations specialist, learners will demonstrate how to streamline the work of marketing reps, sales development reps, account managers, and sales executives.
