This specialization will provide learners with the fundamentals and history of ESG investing, as well as an in-depth look at investment strategies that are influenced by environmental, social, and governance factors. You will learn about the five essence tracks and how they impact ESG performance. You will review the terms positive and negative screening and identify the ESG factors that cause investors to either withdraw investments or negatively screen certain assets.
By the end of the specialization, you will learn the best practices for building a strong risk management program, analyze the complex techniques of measurement and assessment in the field of ESG, examine climate statements and the implementation of climate solutions, and how social activism impacts the corporate world in the 21st century.
