Hands-on Learning Project

Students will build a set of tools to achieve goals such as:

  • Observation and systemic thinking;
  • Self-awareness and emotional management;
  • Empathy and communication.

Throughout the program, students will be given opportunities to apply the tools in the real world and consider how best to apply them. In the fourth course, the student will be guided through the application of the entire set of tools and learn lessons from a real and relevant leadership project.
