Research on soft skills

A study conducted by Harvard University, the Carnegie Foundation, and the Stanford Research Center concluded that:

  • 85% of success at work comes from well-developed soft skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Only 15% of job success comes from technical skills and knowledge (hard skills).

Purpose of the internship

This specialization is designed to help you develop these strong social and emotional skills and behaviors, which include:
