Before we built Monday workflows, integrations were one of the most powerful tools available in Monday. Now, we’ve added the ability to integrate with Monday workflows. Everyone loves a successful couple!
We’ve started by adding the most requested integrations to Monday workflows, but that’s just the beginning! We’re in the process of adding integration capabilities with additional platforms. Keep reading to learn more.
Slack
The Slack integration is the most used integration in Mundi, so we added it first.
While building your workflow, you can add the Slack integration block: “Channel Message”
With the “Channel Notification” action block, you can connect your Slack account and set up an automatic notification for a specific channel:
Limitations
There are some limitations when integrating Monday workflows with Slack. You can only send an automated message with Slack to one channel at a time. Sending to multiple channels with a single action block is not currently supported. However, we are working on it!
Gmail
Our Gmail integration is one of our most used integrations. We are excited to offer the option to integrate with Gmail.
While building your workflow, you can add the Gmail integration block: “Send by email”
With the “Send by Email” action block, you can connect your Gmail account and set up automated emails:
Limitations
There are some limitations when integrating Monday workflows with Gmail. You can only send automated emails to one recipient at a time. We are currently working on allowing you to send automated emails to multiple recipients with a single action block. Stay tuned!
Outlook
Our Outlook integration is also one of the most used integrations. We are excited to offer the option to integrate with Outlook.
