Tired of scrolling up and down to find an item? Us too! Want a faster way to navigate your board? We get it! That’s why we’ve come up with keyboard shortcuts and spreadsheet capabilities to make your use of monday.com as efficient as possible.
Access the shortcuts menu
You can access the keyboard shortcuts menu within your monday.com account. To find it, click on your profile picture located in the top right corner of the screen and select “Shortcuts”:
When you open the shortcuts menu (draft sheet), you’ll see that the shortcuts are organized into two categories: System Navigation (allows you to navigate within your account) and below that, Board Navigation (allows you to move within a board).

Quick search
Quick Search lets you quickly navigate between boards, dashboards, worksheets, and more in your monday.com account. Use your keyboard to press “Command + B” on a Mac or “Ctrl + B” on a PC, then type the name of the board you want to quickly jump to!
Multiple actions
Click on an item and then hold ” Shift ” While clicking on a lower item in the list to select the range of items between them. This allows you to move, stack, or delete the list of selected items at once using Multiple actions!
