It’s easy to collaborate with external stakeholders (guests) through the shareable board section. The number of guests you can invite varies depending on the plan you purchased. Let’s dive into it!

Important note: A guest must have a different email domain. If a guest has the same email domain as the person who opened the account, they will not be able to join as a guest!

Trial account

If you are on Trial , the number of team members and guests you can invite to your account is unlimited. If you decide to upgrade to a paid subscription, make sure you have the correct number of guests and team members for your chosen plan before upgrading.

Interesting use: A shareable board can be used to collaborate with clients on joint projects, allowing them to see the progress of the work in real time and give direct feedback.

Basic plan

Shareable boards are not included in our basic plan. If you would like to use this feature, we recommend that you choose a standard plan. For more information about the basic plan features, see this article.

Standard plan

In the standard plan, the number of guests is limited . You can invite up to 3 guests for free. The fourth guest will be considered a paid crew member. This means that if you choose the standard 5-seat plan, you can invite a total of 5 crew members and 3 guests.

Note: If you exceed the total number of seats, your plan will automatically be upgraded to the next plan. We will send two emails before the upgrade.

Pro or Enterprise Plan

With these plans, the number of guests you can invite to your account is unlimited.

Useful tip: If you plan to invite a lot of guests, it’s worth considering the corporate plan. This can save you money in the long run if you work with a lot of external partners.
