At monday.com, we love to make everything visual: colors, graphs, shapes, and more! That’s exactly why we came up with the amazing options of board views. Board views allow you to display the information on your board in several different ways to analyze and report on your board data.
How to add a presentation
To add a presentation to a board, click the + icon located below your board title:

Clicking on “More Presentations” will take you to our Presentation Center, where you can find all the useful presentation options we offer.
Graph presentation
Our chart presentation allows you to create different reports for a specific board using different chart types. This is a great way to get analytics about your workflow! Follow this article to learn more!

Table presentation
The Table view gives you the option to see a filtered view of your board’s main table. For example, you can filter by person, status, column, or group. This can help hide certain information that isn’t relevant to your needs. Here, we’ve set the filter to “Top of Discussion,” which shows one person’s items from the main table:

Kanban is a project management technique that aims to manage work by prioritizing tasks and balancing requirements against available capacity. Presentation files

The presentation is empty.
Can’t decide which layout to choose? Similar to the dashboard, the blank layout is a great place to choose how many widgets to display on a single page.

Switching between presentations
We offer the ability to collapse the board title and access or add board presentations from a single menu, so you can focus on what matters most, and increase your efficiency by avoiding unnecessary distractions.
Once you’ve added a presentation to your board, you can switch back to your main board presentation, or to another board presentation, by selecting the drop-down arrow next to the presentation name.

If you choose to expand the board title, your presentations will appear as strips at the top of your board. To expand the board title, click the drop-down arrow icon next to your board title.

Lock a presentation to prevent unwanted edits
Do you have a presentation you’ve been working on that’s hard to tweak to your specific needs? Have you set up a spreadsheet presentation with specific settings that you don’t want others to change? Luckily, you can now lock a presentation you’ve created to prevent others from changing it!
To do this, click the three-dot menu on the right side of a presentation you created and select “Lock Presentation.” On the next screen, click “Lock Presentation” again to confirm the change.

Choose favorite presentations
If you have multiple presentations on your board, you can choose to “favorite” the presentations you use the most so that they appear first on the left side of your board for easier access! To do this, select the drop-down arrow next to the presentation name, select the three-dot icon that appears next to the presentation name, and select “Add to My Favorites.” That presentation will move and appear below the main table view.

To remove a presentation from your favorites, simply follow the same steps and select “Remove from my favorites.”
Set a default presentation
Board owners can set a default presentation for all viewers and subscribers to the board. To set a default presentation, open the same three-dot menu next to the name of the presentation you want to set (it must first be added to your board). Then, click “Set Default for Board” as we did below:

Share presentations publicly
Publish your boards, embed them on your website, and make them accessible to anyone on the internet! See how it works here

Export your whiteboard presentations
Easily share the current state of your whiteboard presentation with colleagues by exporting your widgets to an Excel or PDF document! To do this, click the three-dot menu at the top right of your whiteboard presentation and then select “More Actions” and then “Export to PDF,” as shown below.

Recover deleted presentations
You can easily restore a deleted whiteboard presentation through your activity log. To find the activity log, click on your profile picture in the top right of your whiteboard. This will open the activity log for that specific whiteboard, showing all changes and updates made to the whiteboard. From there, you can select the “Undo” button next to the deleted presentation.
