How to add this
Step 1
To add an integration, go to the board where you want to create an integration and click the “Integrate” button located in the top right corner of your screen, as shown below:
From the Integrations Center, search or scroll to locate the HubSpot integration and click on it.

Step 2
Once you select the HubSpot integration, you’ll find three recipes that the integration offers. These integrations will allow you to sync your HubSpot with monday.com.
These integrations include:
- When a new contact is created in a HubSpot list , an item must be created and all future changes must be synced from HubSpot.
- When a new contact is created in HubSpot, an item must be created and all future changes must be synced from HubSpot.
- When a new deal is created in HubSpot, an item must be created and all future changes must be synced from HubSpot.

When a new company is created in HubSpot, an item must be created and all future changes must be synchronized from HubSpot.

To continue, select the automation recipe you want to create.
Step 3
After you click on one of the recipes, you’ll be prompted to connect your monday.com account with your HubSpot account. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your HubSpot login information and complete the connection.

Congratulations. You’re now officially logged into your HubSpot account – let’s get things moving!
Note: To set up the integration, you must be a Super Admin on your HubSpot account.
Step 4
Once you’ve chosen a recipe, you can customize your integration recipe and map all the fields from the HubSpot contact, company, or business within monday.com.

Note: Due to potential conflicts between recipes, it is not recommended to have more than one integration country on a single board. However, you can add additional HubSpot recipes on other boards.
Supported HubSpot fields:
Currently, all HubSpot fields can be mapped to a new item on monday.com, including custom and non-custom fields.
Supported fields (of a company) for full synchronization:
– Company domain name
– Name
Supported fields (of a transaction) for full synchronization:
– Transaction name
– Pipe
– Transaction stage
– Amount
– Closing date
– Deal Owner – This will map to the deal owner ID from HubSpot (not the owner name)
Supported fields (of a contact) for full synchronization:
– Email
– First name
– Last name
– Contact person
– Role
For new item mapping, all fields – custom and non-custom, are supported.
Note: Syncing will only occur for non-custom fields (i.e., the default fields for the relevant HubSpot contact, company, or deal).
HubSpot Integration Column
After you’ve chosen which data will be mapped to each column, an integration column will be automatically added to your dashboard, with a tip explaining the column’s purpose – to maintain the connection between the parameters in both applications:

Note: The integration column that is automatically created in your dashboard keeps your monday.com dashboard in sync with HubSpot, and cannot be edited.
Amazing! You’re ready!
Now, any changes you make to non-custom columns in HubSpot will also be made on monday.com, eliminating the need for duplicate work and allowing you to work from one common place!
Note: Each recipe will produce a different integration column.
Tips: Connecting the same HubSpot portal to multiple users and accounts on monday.com is not supported. Only if all other integrations are deleted, then a different user (subscription group) can create a new integration. When he/she does so, a new subscription group will be added that belongs to the newly connected user. To be able to create more than one integration (connection), you will need to delete all HubSpot integrations previously created by other users for the same portal and try again.
