If this is your first time logging into the monday.com app on your computer, or you’re just looking for a little help this time around, you’ve come to the right place! In this article, we’ll show you a few different options for logging into your account from the app on your computer.

Download the app

First, make sure you have the monday.com app installed on your computer. You can download it by searching for “monday.com” in the macOS or Windows app store or clicking here for macOS or here for Windows! It should look like this:

Sign in

When you first open the monday.com app on your computer, you’ll see the login screen below. You can enter the email address you used to create your account, use browser login (more on that later!), or sign in with Google, Slack, or LinkedIn by clicking one of the app icons. If you select one of these apps and are already signed in, you’ll be immediately signed into the monday.com app!

If you choose to enter your email address, read on! To continue, you will need to first enter your email address as shown below:

If our system detects more than one account associated with your email address, you will be prompted to enter your account’s domain in the field below. In the example below, our monday.com domain is bestteamever .monday.com, so we entered “bestteamever” and clicked “Next”.

Tip: Don’t worry if you don’t know what your account’s domain is called, just click “Forgot your account’s web address?” and a link will be sent to your email!

From here, enter your email and password and click “Sign In.”

Great! After you enter the correct email and password, you will immediately be logged into your account.

Log in with your browser login details.

Another option to access your account faster in the app on your computer is through our new browser login feature!

Essentially, this feature will allow you to use your browser to easily log into your account. This is especially useful if you are already logged into your account in the browser, or when your browser remembers your login details (if you use a password manager or some SSO providers, for example).

Once you click on “Use browser login” as shown above, you will be taken to the browser to log in. Once done, you will see the following screen with a unique six-digit access code that you need to enter into the app on your computer.

And that’s it! After you enter the access code for the application on your computer, you will log in and be able to start working.

Forgot your password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click “Forgot your password?” at the bottom of the screen when prompted to enter your password, and a link will be sent to your email address!

Open the email, and use the “Change your password” button to reset your password. You can then use the new password to continue logging in where you left off!
