Why establish an integration?

Have you ever worked on too many platforms? Want to unify your work? We have the solution!

With integrations, you can turn your monday.com account into your personal work hub! Our integrations allow you to easily connect monday.com to external platforms. This is done through pre-built integration flows that we have built for you to choose from. How does it work? Keep reading to find out.

How to add an integration

To add an integration, go to the board where you want to create an integration and click the integration button located at the top right of your screen.Group 64.png

You will reach our integration center as shown below: Group 65 (1).png

If you continue scrolling down, you will see signs for all the platforms we are currently connected to.

How to set up an integration

Once you have chosen a platform and integration flow you want to set up, you will need to add your parameters.
Any place in the stream that is underlined is a parameter. For example, I am using an integration with Github. Let’s say that when we “open a pull request” in the repository, according to the conditions we defined, a new item will be created in a predefined group . Group 64 (9).png

When you configure your integration, you can choose what data will be mapped to each column:Group 65 (8).png

What is the integration column?

When you create an integration-based mechanism, the integration column will be automatically added with a tooltip explaining the purpose of the column, to maintain the relationship between the parameters in the two applications:

How to edit or delete an integration

Editing or deleting an integration recipe
Once you’ve added integrations to your dashboard, click “Automations on Dashboard” to see a list of all your integration flows (which will cause them to appear along with any other automations you’ve already set up).
With an active integration, you can turn the integration on and off using the toggle icon. You can also use the three-dot menu to the right of the toggle icon to access the pencil icon to edit the integration, the copy icon to duplicate it, the trash can to delete it completely, and more options. Edit an integration connection
To manage your integration connections, click the “Connections” tab in the Automation Center. There you can see all the apps you’re connected to. Select which account you want to manage and click the three-dot menu on the right. Group 63 (3).png
If you want to change the account using the app integration, click “Reconnect.” From there, you can choose a different email to connect to. You can also completely remove an account by clicking “Delete.”
