Display any YouTube video on your dashboard with the YouTube Widget! You can use this widget to get your daily dose of entertainment, quickly watch an instructional video, or keep any other video you need at your fingertips. Read on to learn how it works.

Adding a widget

Click “Add Widget” at the top of the dashboard page to see the list of options and select “See More.” From the Add-on Center, select “YouTube” located in the “Media” category.

Settings

Click “Add Site” on your YouTube widget to access the widget settings. In the right panel, you can set up your widget with any video you want to watch. Simply copy and paste the video URL link into the “YouTube Link” field:

Now, your video is ready for your entire team to watch directly from the board whenever they want!

Tip: You can also use this widget with Vimeo. Follow the same instructions, just paste a Vimeo URL into the box.

Fun fact: The YouTube Widget can also be used as a team collaboration tool. For example, you can add a project video or presentation and ask your team to give feedback directly on the board. This allows for effective communication and real-time collaboration.
