Copy the list to your clipboard.

Select the text you want to paste to your clipboard, and copy it to the clipboard by clicking “Copy” with the mouse, or using a keyboard shortcut (⌘ + C on a Mac or CTRL + C on a PC).

Paste to your clipboard

Click on a new item on your clipboard, which will become the first item in the list you pasted.

Paste the list into the new item by clicking “Paste” with your mouse or using a keyboard shortcut (⌘ + V on a Mac or CTRL + V on a PC). You will see that all your new items are automatically selected. You can click the “x” in the multi-action menu to deselect or perform multiple actions!

In the example below, we use multiple actions to populate our columns with the person who suggested the new flavors, the status of the new flavors, and the date they were added to the board! When you’re done, deselect them all by clicking the “x”.
