Looking to store multiple versions of a file in one place to help streamline your workflow? Take your file organization a step further with file version management! Keep multiple versions of your file in a central location so your entire team is coordinated at all times.
For locating the feature
To access the file versioning feature, you first need to add the Files Column to your dashboard and upload documents directly there. Once you’re done, click on any file to preview it and select “Versions.”

From here, you can see every other version of the file in version order from newest to oldest. By clicking on each version, you can open the designated file to preview, download, add comments, and more!

Add or delete versions
To add another version of your file, click the “Add Version” button on the top right of the screen:

Regarding deleting versions, you can delete both the current version and previous versions of a file. You can also select previous versions to become the current version.
