Where are the bell notifications?
You can find your bell notifications by clicking the bell icon at the top of your left panel.

Click the bell icon to open a pop-up window with all your notifications. You can scroll through them and mark them as received directly from the pop-up window without leaving the page you’re working on.

What notifications appear there?

Manage your notifications
When you receive notifications, a small red circle appears in the top right corner of your bell icon with the number of unread notifications you have in Notification Center. When you open Notifications, the number will disappear, but all of your new, unread notifications will remain highlighted in blue until you clear them or mark them as “seen.”
To mark a message as “read”, simply hover over the right side of the message and click the V icon. The message will turn white but will remain in your notification center.

Filter your notifications
You can filter your notifications to make them easier to check. There are four tabs at the top of your Notification Center.

all
The “All” tab will show you all the notifications in your notification history, no matter how they are organized.
Not called
The “Unread” tab shows you all your unread updates! Using this tab is a great way to see only the notifications you haven’t dealt with, so you can quickly get through them and get back to work! Once you mark a notification as “coming,” it will remain in this window until you close your Notification Center or switch tabs so you have time to mark it as unread or delete it if you choose!
It was pointed out to me.
The “Mentioned to Me” tab will only show updates or replies where you were mentioned! This tab is very useful if you’re running out of time and only need to check the notifications that are specifically relevant to you!
Assigned to me
The “Assigned to Me” tab will show you all the notifications and information about items assigned to you across your entire account! These notifications can come from automations or your team members! Use this tab to check what tasks have been assigned to you recently, and who assigned them!
Filter by person
You can filter all types of notifications by person! Click the “Filter by Person” icon at the top of your notifications window. Select a person by typing their name in the search bar or scrolling through the list of account members. This filter will show you all notifications from the person you selected!
Search bar
Use the search bar at the top of your notifications window to quickly filter results by text or context! Type any word or context, such as a board name, item, or action. You can search for notifications from the last six months or your last 1250 notifications (whichever comes first). Your search term will be highlighted in all notifications your search returns.
Control your notifications
Click the three-dot menu in the top right corner of your notification center and select “Settings” to control your notifications!

You will be taken to the Notifications tab in your account settings, as shown below. From here you can change your settings to determine which notifications you receive on “Monday”, “Email”, and “Desktop”.

You can also mute notifications from a specific panel within the notification in your Notification Center or from the panel itself.
