Internship – a four-part course series

Human resource management is a central topic in the discourse of management professionals, but its implementation in organizations still poses a challenge for researchers and practitioners.

The integrated course program is designed to discuss various models of human resource management in organizations, including their components such as policies and practices, the strategic alignment of human resources, and the role of the parties involved in their implementation.

At the end of the course, you will be able to:

Hands-on Learning Project

The integrated course program does not require the development of a practical project. Assessments are conducted throughout each course. Each course includes four assessments at the end of each module, for a total of 16 throughout the integrated course program.
