The integrated course program aims to present a balanced approach to gender, introducing concepts and practices that help understand the key aspects of gender diversity. It allows you to influence actions and decisions in this area according to your personal and professional qualities and conduct, and your role as a leader.
In addition, we will reveal gender roles as a competitive advantage for organizations and society as a whole.
The integrated course program does not require the development of a practical project. Assessment activities are carried out throughout each course. Each course includes four assessments at the end of each module, with a total of 16 assessments throughout the integrated course program.
