Internship – Series of 3 courses

Effective collaboration can drive innovation, build connections, and drive sustainable results. In this course, Oksana Trotsenko, a change leadership lecturer and experienced transformation leader, will teach you how to become successful leaders who are able to build effective collaboration across functions.

You will learn the critical leadership skills required to create a culture of collaboration and navigate existing conflicts while influencing organizations. We approach this specialization in three stages:

Fundamentals of interdisciplinary collaboration

Course 1 – 4 hours

What you will learn: Our ability to promote and lead cross-disciplinary collaboration is highly dependent on our self-awareness. In this course, you will develop an understanding of fundamental concepts in cross-disciplinary collaboration and define a self-awareness profile as a leader. You will learn how to manage and balance the four most common dynamics in collaboration.

Guiding and leading cross-disciplinary collaboration

Course 2 – 9 hours

What you will learn: In this course, you will learn the skills required to collaborate effectively across disciplines, as well as practical tactics for applying these skills. You will be given the opportunity to practice in a comfortable environment with close supervision throughout the learning process. You will need a relative, friend, or colleague to practice with.

Mastering cross-disciplinary collaboration

Course 3 – 3 hours

What you will learn: Every element of this course focuses on preparing you to understand yourself and how you are a leader. At the end of the day, your way to lead must come from who you are. Joining us in this course is former Chairman and CEO of United Airlines, Oscar Munoz, who will share personal lessons on how to be an influential business leader.
