In this course, Oksana Trotsenko, a change leadership lecturer and experienced transformation leader, will teach you how to become successful leaders who are able to build effective collaboration across functions.

In this course, you will develop an understanding of fundamental concepts in cross-disciplinary collaboration and define a self-awareness profile as a leader. You will learn how to manage and balance the four most common dynamics in collaboration.
What you will learn: In this course, you will learn the skills required to collaborate effectively across disciplines, as well as practical tactics for applying these skills. You will be given the opportunity to practice in a comfortable environment with close supervision throughout the learning process. You will need a relative, friend, or colleague to practice with.
