This program includes over 200 hours of instruction and hundreds of hands-on activities and assessments that simulate real-world user experience design scenarios that are essential for success on the job. You will learn how to complete the design process from start to finish, including: empathizing with users; identifying problems from users; developing ideas for design solutions; creating sketches, full-size mockups, and prototypes; testing designs with usability studies; and iterating designs based on feedback.
