Course 1 • 20 hours
This course is the first in a series designed to prepare professionals in the field of technical support. During the course, you will be introduced to the world of information technology (IT). You will learn about various aspects of the IT field, including computer hardware and software, the Internet, troubleshooting, and customer service.
Course 2 • 27 hours
This course is designed to provide an in-depth overview of the working principles of computer networks. We will review modern network technologies, protocols, cloud storage, practical operations, and network troubleshooting.
Course 3 • 33 hours
Based on video lessons, demonstrations, and practical tasks, this course will teach you about the basic components of the operating system and how to perform important tasks such as software and user management and hardware calibration.
Course 4 • 25 hours
This course will help you move from working on a single computer to managing an entire network. Systems administration is an IT field that is responsible for maintaining computer systems in a multi-user environment.
Course 5 • 31 hours
This course covers a wide range of IT security concepts, tools, and best practices. It introduces threats and attacks, as well as the many ways in which they manifest.
