Internship – a four-part course series

In this integrated course program, you will gain tools to strengthen your leadership and organizational management skills, with an emphasis on inclusive leadership practices. Through theoretical concepts based on innovation, organizational development, and the specific challenges of minority groups, and practical studies, the program aims to integrate cognitive abilities, emotional sensitivity, social and behavioral skills, to develop leadership that promotes a culture of socio-environmental development.

At the end of the program, you will be able to:

  • (i) Develop and implement a personal process with your team, with the aim of improving creative thinking processes;
  • (ii) identify and reduce your shortcomings and insecurities regarding creativity and innovation;
  • (iii) to recognize the concept of diversity and inclusion and their impact on the competitiveness of the company;
  • (iv) discuss and consider the relationship between diversity and innovation, thereby advocating for active actions for inclusion and the creation of innovative environments;
  • (v) delve into various types of innovation and processes in companies according to the established strategy;
  • (vi) implement tools that support the development of new products, services and business models;
  • (vii) Identify what skills are required, consciously or unconsciously, by the most prominent leaders working with minority groups and how these skills become important tools in managing innovation.

Hands-on Learning Project

The integrated course program does not require the development of a practical project. Assessment activities are carried out during each course. Each course consists of four assessments at the end of each module, and there are a total of 16 assessments during the entire integrated course program.
