Hands-on Learning Project
This program includes more than 140 hours of instruction and hundreds of hands-on assessments, which will help you simulate real-world project management environments that are critical to success on the job.
The content is very active and developed exclusively by Googlers with many years of experience in project management.
The skills you will gain include: risk management planning; understanding process improvement techniques; managing escalations and team dynamics; creating budgets and dealing with procurement; using project management software, tools and models; practicing agile project management, with an emphasis on the Scrum methodology.
Through a combination of videos, assessments, and hands-on activities, you will learn how to initiate, plan, and manage structured and agile projects. You will develop a toolbox that will demonstrate your understanding of key project management topics, including managing schedules, budgets, and teams.
