Integrated course program

Our integrated course program aims to cover the main points in strategic management in organizations. We will address the concepts of the main models of strategy, the strategic process, strategy-focused marketing, financial management related to strategy, and strategic leadership. At the end of the course, you will be able to identify:

  • the main models of strategy and in which situations each is more effective;
  • the strategic process in organizations, and its planning;
  • the relationship between strategy and marketing;
  • the role of the stakeholder in relation to organizational strategy;
  • the financial tools for strategic management;
  • The key concepts in strategic leadership.

Applied Learning Project

Our integrated course program does not require the development of an applied project. Assessment activities are conducted throughout each course. Each course includes four assessments at the end of each module, for a total of 16 assessments throughout this integrated course program.

Welcome to the Business Strategy course. In this course, you will learn about the key models of business strategy such as: market positioning, capabilities, stakeholders, game theory, blue oceans, and business networks.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:
  • Identify the fundamentals of the key models in business strategy and the appropriate situations for using each of them;
  • Understand and apply the fundamentals of the strategy of creating new markets, blue oceans: concepts, analytical tools and the process required to simultaneously create value for the company and its customers.
  • Implement various business strategy tools, such as: VRIO model, strategic game matrix, stakeholder map, and 5 forces model.
