Every customer you collect in Tidio has an email consent status, and this status can be toggled (manually or automatically) from “unregistered” to “registered”.

If you want to automate the process, you can use flows to ask customers if they want to join the list and automatically mark them. The following flow checks if the customer is marked as subscribed (with the condition Email Subscribers in the top-left), and if so – an email is sent.
If the customer is found to be unregistered, they will be given the option to choose whether they want to register or not:
