Internship – 3-part course series

Hands-on Learning Project

Students will learn the basics of European business law to start a business and compete in the EU internal market. The training includes three tasks, one in each course:

  • First course: Writing an article on European Union legislation and rulings supporting the free movement of goods.
  • Second Course: Case Report on the Case of Congress v. Kerhan.
  • Third course: Creating an objective legal memorandum based on a fictitious scenario.
