Imagine you are an experienced oil trader who tracks global market volatility and wants to hedge your risk with commodity contracts, or perhaps you are a stock trader looking to develop a more diversified portfolio. This specialization is designed for students who are already involved in one aspect of the capital markets but want to better understand how capital flows around the world.
Participants will be able to utilize their understanding of financial markets to explore how a parallel market can influence, or be influenced by, the asset class they are familiar with.
At the end of the internship, the connection between several capital markets will be clear to students interested in learning about its mechanics, as well as to investors whose strengths are limited to their existing trading knowledge.
Students can continue their engagement with this material by opening a demo account in the Trader Workstation, which will allow them to gain hands-on experience in a safe and simulated environment, while immersing themselves in the principles behind the capital markets.
