A new business development program offers you the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to come up with an idea and start your own business. You will go through a path that includes:

  • Developing a business idea
  • Conducting tests with real consumers
  • Creating a business model that can generate revenue
  • Building and presenting essential financial data

Learning objectives:

  • Develop abilities to make informed decisions about how to define and validate the elements required to turn an entrepreneurial idea into reality.
  • Build an entrepreneurship pathway that will facilitate discovery, building, planning, and growth as essential components of the entrepreneurship process.

The program is designed according to the principles of learning by doing, development from identifying real consumer needs, validating ideas with real consumers through prototyping, and rapid sales pursuit, to ensure the individual’s conversion into an entrepreneur.

The methodology is the same methodology that the Entrepreneurship Center of the Faculty of Business Administration at Andes University applies to support the development of new businesses by members of the Andes University community.
