The purpose of this course program is to present how, in the modern global era driven by data and artificial intelligence, employee management in organizations has become a vital and strategic part of data-driven organizations. Proper management not only brings organizational benefits but also improves aspects such as organizational culture, teamwork, well-being and employee satisfaction.
This course provides the student with the necessary understanding of the needs of employee management in the modern era, as well as the key concepts and practices of data-driven human resources.
