Rapid changes and the classrooms in them have become a fact of our daily lives. The agile method has become popular as a leadership strategy and project management method in dealing with this reality. Developing flexibility is actually a complex challenge.
In this specialization, you will learn how to become an agile leader, build agile teams using agile philosophy and Scrum tools, and how to approach transforming a traditional organization into an agile organization.
This specialization will prepare you to build resilience to change within yourself, your team, and your organization, and to implement agile methods when appropriate.
Participants will assess themselves, their team, and their organization for resilience by creating a set of baseline assessments. They identify opportunities and design a comprehensive change map at the leader, team, and organization levels.
