Congratulations on your interest in a career in cybersecurity. The Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) certification will show employers that you have a basic knowledge of the field, network security, security operations, and policies and procedures required for entry-level or lower-level roles in cybersecurity.
This will make them understand that you are familiar with security best practices, policies, and procedures, and that you have the desire and ability to learn more and develop on the job.
Each course includes a case study that will require students to apply the knowledge they have acquired throughout the course. Successful completion of the course projects requires a basic understanding of the topics covered and the ability to relate them to the real world.
The goal of each project is to determine whether students have understood the course terms and can use them in real-world settings.
