If you want to quickly and schematically become familiar with the main concepts and elements that characterize organizational psychology, this course offers you this opportunity. It is an introduction to the conceptual and operational world of organizational psychology. Participation in it will allow you to understand what an organization is, how they are defined and what basic processes (the flows of power, political and ethical aspects, etc.) are involved in its operation.
How does an organization work from the inside? What psychological and social elements operate in a company’s work routine? What important signals do we need to recognize in order to manage and lead a team of people? These questions will be at the center of the course, and we will answer them with two central concepts that we will study in depth: organizational dynamics and organizational culture.
Thanks to these two (and the connection between them). By understanding the importance of organizational structure or sustainable development goals, the true meaning of leadership, and how to explore something intangible but essential in organizations (culture), you will be able to get to know the theoretical and practical elements to understand the importance of social aspects in organizations, and in particular, for management, intervention and improvement.

In the final part of the course, we will analyze the decision-making process, which is considered one of the most complex processes experienced by a social group.
One of the main challenges of modern organizations is the ability to identify and capture the talent they need to carry out their projects. In this course, we will analyze and explain the main tools and techniques available in the field of human resources, which can be useful in the search and evaluation of future professionals.
Therefore, we will separately detail effective procedures for finding talent (recruitment policy) and assessing potential and suitability for the role (employee selection policy).
This course provides tools for understanding the important aspects when it comes to developing people in organizations. To this end, we critically examine the main tools available for training employees. We will also discuss how to evaluate employees based on a critical evaluation of various techniques.
What key challenges will you face when managing people in modern organizations? What is the role of digitalization and globalization in the context of human resource management? In this course, we will address these questions from a world-of-work approach and a multicultural perspective.
We will examine the key questions related to the key skills that will be required of professionals leading organizations. We will critically analyze aspects such as: bargaining, organizational resilience, leadership, or remote work, among others.
