The culminating project of each course requires learners to critically synthesize course materials to create a health organization and communicate/present aspects of the organization’s operations to their classmates.
Each project is presented to fellow students through the peer review feature, and each student reviews the project of two fellow students. The peer review feature was chosen because each project is presented from the perspective of the organization’s CEO.
One of the skills required of all CEOs is the ability to present their thoughts and conclusions to others and expect evaluation and feedback. Another skill required of all CEOs is the ability to critically evaluate the presentation, thoughts, and conclusions of others.
