Over the course of 4 courses, you will learn how to move from an idea to creating a valuable product, and understand how to use the key tools for tracking, controlling, and remediating complex projects.
The Complex Project Management specialization program will provide you with the knowledge and skills required to professionally manage projects in your work environment.
