Latin America is a very attractive region for starting new businesses, although political, cultural and economic situations determine unique characteristics that differentiate it from other business regions. Therefore, it is important to know some elements that will allow a better understanding of the business context and the characteristics of successful companies.
Through this specialization program, you will be able to get to know the social, political, and economic context of Latin America. You will also be able to understand which industries have developed the most and which business models are used in Latin America.
At the end of the internship program, you will have political, social, cultural, economic, and business insight into Latin America, which will allow you to design a successful business strategy in the region.
The course methodology includes a combination of videos, reading materials, practical exercises, and self-assessment tests, which provide feedback to students so they can know where they are in the learning process.
In this course, you will learn the characteristics of the largest multinationals, understand how they built their competitive advantage in the domestic and international markets, and identify the challenges and innovation required to maintain high economic performance.
