It is about both professionals and students understanding the various aspects of the world of owners, designers, developers, local, state, and federal government agencies, tenants, regulatory agencies, community groups, and stakeholders.
The successful construction manager must know the role of each participant, understand the nature of the project, and utilize modern management tools to advance the project effectively in terms of time and cost. In addition, the construction manager must also manage his organization and team, including those of the owner and designer.
