If you are not receiving notifications for new calls or messages, please check if notifications are enabled on your Android device.

Android notifications

On Android devices, you need to access Settings> Apps and notifications .

Select See all apps if necessary and find Tidio in the list.

Open Tidio settings and go to Notifications:

Make sure Show notifications is turned on. If not, use the switch next to it to turn them on. You can also select Enable Notification Dot to display the dot next to the app icon whenever there’s a notification waiting for you.

Now, you may need to change your battery optimization settings. Please go back to the App Info screen, expand Advanced Settings and go to Battery Optimization.

Make sure settings are set to Do Not Optimize .

Can’t hear incoming notifications

Please check that your device is not erased (drag your finger down from the top edge of the screen). If it is erased, you will need to turn the sound on again. Another reason for this may be that you have changed the notifications in the app. Please go to the Tidio Chat app, select Settings and turn them on.
