P.S. If you’re still having trouble understanding how to enable the live chat feature on your WordPress site, take note or try our troubleshooting steps below.

Solving integration problems

If you don’t see the chat on your site immediately after adding it, please try the following steps:

Open your website in a new incognito window

In your browser. If you’re using Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N (Windows) or CMD + Shift + N (Mac).

Clear your website’s cache.

The process depends on the device and browser you are using; for a detailed, step-by-step guide on how to do this on the most popular platforms, please visit www.refreshyourcache.com

Turn off cache extensions

If the chat is still not showing on your site, please make sure that all caching plugins (W3 Total Cache, W3 Super Cache, etc.) are temporarily disabled. Their purpose is to keep your site’s load time as short as possible, but this may leave changes made to the site intact. Turning them off for a minute should allow the chat widget to load properly; once you’ve verified that it worked, you can re-enable your plugins.

If you are unable to log in to your account using the plugin, you can try clearing the plugin data in the WordPress plugins category. This will allow you to log in again using your existing login details.
