What is the chat support service?
The chat support service is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Amsterdam time to assist with your cases and questions. The employees cannot provide financial advice due to regulations established by the Dutch Financial Markets Authority.
How to chat with the service
To chat with the support team, use the chat button. The chat button is located on the website in the lower right corner of your screen.
Using the chat widget, you can also find Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
Discord
You can also use our Discord channel. You can chat with the support team and other users. To access this channel, you need a Discord account that is more than 2 days old. Click here to join the official Cryptohopper Discord channel.
