How to use chat in the Crypto Hopper app

This guide shows how to chat with the service on the iOS app or Android app .

Prerequisites

Before you begin, check the following:

• You have a Cryptohopper account .
• Want to chat in the app? If you want to chat on the website, check out this article.

How to talk to the service ?

1. Open the app and log in to your account.
2. Locate the “More” button at the bottom of the screen and click on it.
3. Select the “Support” option from the list displayed.
4. Select “How can we help you?” to continue.
5. Type your question or request.
6. Finally, click the blue arrow icon to send the message.
