How to upgrade a Crypto Hopper subscription
Upgrading your subscription
This guide shows how to upgrade your subscription.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, check the following:
- You have a Cryptohopper account.
- You have an Explorer or Adventurer subscription
- Upgrading is not possible for trading robot subscriptions purchased on the Cryptohopper iOS or Android apps.
Upgrading your subscription
- Log in to your Cryptohopper account. You can also skip the first 3 steps and go directly to “Subscriptions & Account Balance” – Cryptohopper.
- Click the icon on the top right.
- Click on “ Subscriptions ”.
- Click “Overview”.
- Click “Active”.
- Click on the subscription you want to upgrade.
- Select the payment method you want to use.
- Click “Finish your order”.
- Pay for the subscription with your chosen payment method.
Additional information
Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for a discount on your upgrade and time. The discount is based on the subscription you are upgrading from and the unused time of the subscription. For example, the Adventurer subscription costs $69 per month, which is $2.30 per day. If you want to upgrade to the Hero subscription, which costs $129 per month, which is $4.30 per day. If you upgrade after 5 days, the difference between what you would have paid from the beginning is $4.30 minus $2.30 = $2 multiplied by 5 days = $10. This amount will be deducted. That is, $129 (the cost of the Hero subscription) minus $10 minus $69 (the cost of the Adventurer subscription you paid) = $50. Important: Your subscription expiration date does not change.
