How to set up your Crypto Hopper profile
This guide explains various settings and options in your profile.
Subscription expiration notification
It is recommended to enable the “Subscription Expiration Alert” option to ensure that your bot is always running. Want to stay up to date on new Cryptohopper features or partnerships, market news, or special discounts on bot subscriptions or exchange trading fees? Subscribe to the service’s newsletter!
Settings
Time zone settings
Select the time zone you want to use. Your bot will display the information in the time zone you select here. The time zone setting applies to chart data , trading history, output, order dates and more!
Language region settings
Currently, you can only choose English or Dutch for this setting. If you would like to view the site in another language, we recommend using the Google Translate extension for your browser. The iOS and Android apps are already available in 12 languages: English, Spanish, Dutch, Frisian, Filipino, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Russian.
Source of the graph
The next option is the chart source. The standard chart source is TradingView . The charts are visible in many places, such as the Charts page , Advanced View for the Auto Trading Bot, and the Market Making Bot.
Automatic subscription allocation
Turn on the switch if you want to automatically assign a subscription to an unsubscribed bot.
BETA features
Turn on the switch to become a BETA user. Enable BETA features to test new features and integrations with new exchanges. It is important to remember that it is called BETA for a reason. These features are not fully optimized and may result in the loss of funds. Trading with virtual money is a great way to test new features without losing real money. Your feedback or bug reports will be greatly appreciated! Please help by sending a short explanation of the problem you have identified and sending screenshots with all the necessary information. Screenshots that show as much of the platform as possible will greatly help the developers identify the problem quickly. Let’s improve Cryptohopper together.
Settings in your business account
Business
Select “Business” and you will be able to claim your VAT.
Company name
Fill in your company name.
European Value Added Tax (EU VAT)
Fill in your European tax number. Important: Fill in correctly as the Dutch tax authorities will check it.
Account Cancellation Settings
When canceling your account, you must enable two-factor authentication (2FA). It is important to note that when canceling your account, all Cryptohopper loyalty program benefits and your bot settings will be lost, such as your Cryptohopper balance, created strategies, and more. Your information will be retained for 30 days. If you have not logged in within 30 days, your account will be deleted.

Additional information
You can fill in your personal details. This information is required for a number of reasons. For example, you cannot purchase a subscription without filling in all the required fields shown in red. The red field will appear when you try to save and something is not filled in. Another reason is to ensure that Cryptohopper fully complies with European tax regulations.
