How to recover a username on Crypto Hopper

This guide explains how to change your username when you forget it.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, check the following:

• You have a Cryptohopper account .
• You don’t remember your username. If you do, you can use this guide.

How to change your username when you’ve forgotten it

1. Go to the service’s login page .
2. Click on “Username”.
3. Fill in your email address.
4. Click “Request username”.
5. You will receive an email with instructions for changing your username. Follow the instructions you receive in the email.
